Silikomart Competition Kit Margia Del Tempo Flower Shape Mould

Silikomart Professional has been chosen by the Italian Team to accurately design the kit to reproduce painstakingly the chocolate entremet winner of the world’s cup. Kit Magia del Tempo is composed by 3 items: 1. A silicone mould to make 1000 ml preparation to be portioned. 2. A functional plastic cutter to make original inserts, sponge-cake or brittle bases. 3. A plastic separator to make a double colours icing: one of a kind characteristic! The magic team composed by Fabrizio Donatone, Francesco Boccia e Emmanuele Forcone, after months of hard work and training, won the golden medal at the Pastry World Cup 2015 in Lyon. After the competition the Italian Team decided to entrust Silikomart Professional the creation of a kit to accurately reproduce the chocolate entremet winner of the world’s cup.
