Shipping/ Delivery

Cook N Serve currently only ships to Singapore and Malaysia. There are some products that cannot be shipped across the border. See our Shipping Restrictions section below for more information regarding international shipping. 

Delivery Time

Delivery of your order is subject to ex-stock (item availability), warehouse location and the shipping method selected for the order. When the order has been processed, a shipping confirmation email will be sent to the address as recorded. Most In-Stock orders are dispatched within 48 hours.

Our estimated shipping dates based on a few factors, including product availability, how quickly we can obtain and assemble items for shipment, and the availability time listed on the product’s detail page.

Orders are processed from Monday through Friday (except Saturday and Public Holidays). If you have questions regarding orders and shipment, please contact us at customerservice@cooknserve.sg

Shipping Methods

Standard Shipping by Ground: Ex-stock Singapore item will dispatch within 48 hours and will arrive in the standard number of transit days (2-3 working days). Saturday and public holidays will increase the processing time since the distribution centres are closed and most carriers are not delivering.

Express Shipping by Ground: With an extra cost (contact our help care line for charges), we can arrange express shipping needs. Ex-stock Singapore items will ship on the same day (for order before 11am) or the next following day.

Special Shipping Arrangement: In cases that the item exceeded the standard shipping allowance and or special request required for your needs (liftgate delivery) - special shipping arrangement can be done by contacting our Customer Service at customerservice@cooknserve.sg

Shipping Rate Cards

Shipping rates for orders dependent on the shipping method, delivery address and dimension and weight of package.

Freight charge is applied only one time. There is no additional charge for backorder shipments unless specified. To reflect the policies of the shipping partner we collaborate, all weights will be rounded up to the next full kilograms.

Orders Tracking

Please obtain the provided tracking number on the portal / email to check the shipment status update through this link here. In cases you do not see any tracking information for your shipment and the estimated delivery date has not yet passed, please do not be concerned.

Tracking updates indicates:

Delivered, package has been delivered and received by you or a reliable recipient. Please check with your family members or neighbours.

Undelivered package will be returned to Cook N Serve.

Items shipped by Manufacturer

If you ordered an Ex-Factory Ship item, the order will be fulfilled by our manufacturer and the estimated shipping time frame will be provided via email/ call. If you do not receive your shipment within the expected time frame, please contact Customer Service at customerservice@cooknserve.sg

Damages / Shortages/ Incorrect Product

Do inspect all packages for damage or shortages immediately upon receiving. If there is either visible or concealed damage, simply accept the package, but have a notation made on the carrier delivery receipt. In order to file a damage claim, contact us within 48 hrs. We will work with you to reship the correct item or offer a refund. We may require a picture of the incorrect product you received and will cover the cost of return shipping for that item.

Please take note that the carriers require that the original box and packaging material be retained. No claim can be filed without them.
