Micro-perforated rectangular tray, with slant edges, made in coated aluminium, PFOA free. Ideal for delicate baking, for making pizza, flammenkuche, tart or Viennese pastries. Not suitable for liquid or semi-liquid preparations. Ultra resistant coating ensures a long product life.This product has great non-stick properties for easy mould release of even the most intricate baked pastries, eliminating the need for baking paper. Lightweight because of the material and yet strong due to the thick aluminium. Thick aluminium ensures that tray will not deform even after multiple uses. Optimal 3mm diameter micro-perforations: excellent hot or cold air circulation for uniform cooking. Perfect heat diffusion and transmission.
