Return & Exchange Policy
Thank you very much for purchasing from Cook N Serve. We are committed to ensure that you are satisfied with the item you purchased from us. If you are not entirely satisfied, we are here to assist further;
We provide a 14 calendar days for you to return your purchase from date of receive of the item.
The item must be unused, not damage or dirty and in the same original condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging / box that you receive it.
Return will not be applicable to Promotion / Stock clearance item or item with No Return/Exchange Logo indicated in the online store.
Please kindly email firstname.lastname@example.org with your Order number, Item Code, Description, Quantities and Reasons of return. Once we verified this order, we will send you a Return Note Acknowledgement form for you to print out and attach with the item to return.
No monetary refund will be made. Instead, we will provide you with a one-time use discount voucher based on the value of the returned item for you make a new purchase in your online account. No refund or credit will be made on the shipping fee.
We will notify you upon receiving the item and will inspect on the conditions accordingly.
A one-time use discount voucher will be sent to your email within 1 week once your returned item has been approved based on the return conditions (Return Condition indicates: The item must be unused, not damage or dirty and in the same original condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging / box that you receive it.)
Please note that the discount voucher is non-transferable to other account / combine with other account credit for a purchase.
The delivery charge / shipping fee will be borne by you for the returned item back to our Distribution Centre.
The entire packing process will be documented in our Distribution Centre.
However, if you receive a wrong item or damaged item, please notify us immediately at email@example.com within 2 days from date of receive for us to check & investigate.
We will notify you on the exchange arrangement within 2-3 working days once we verified the investigation and will arrange for the collection of the wrong or damaged item from you.
We will make the exchange to you based on your ordered item. If the item is out of stock, we seek your advice to change to another option. Otherwise, a full refund will be made back to you including shipping fee to your credit card (or original method of payment) after we verified the item is return back to our Distribution Centre.
Please allow us 1 week to process this refund. We will initiate the refund immediately once approved. The duration it takes to receive the refunded amount from Cook N Serve depends on your card issuer's policy.
